I offer both. Some owners prefer tenant placement only, while others choose full management services depending on their needs.

My current tenant placement fee is 50% of one month’s rent. Ongoing property management is 8% of monthly rent for unfurnished properties and 10% for furnished properties. All fees are subject to GST.
