Property Value or Rental pricing is based on current market data, comparable listings, and demand within the building or neighbourhood.

This depends on your financial goals, timeline, and market conditions. I help owners evaluate both options to create a clear strategy.

I offer both. Some owners prefer tenant placement only, while others choose full management services depending on their needs.

My current tenant placement fee is 50% of one month’s rent with a minimum fee of $1,250. Tenant placement is provided on an exclusive basis during the marketing period. Owners may not advertise the property independently or engage another agent or service at the same time.

Ongoing property management would depend on the type of property whether it s furnished/unfurnished. Please inquire about non-resident landlord property management fees. All fees are subject to GST.
